The Hot Springs Documentary Film Institute presents: AT THE MALCO WITH THE GRISWALDS, featuring National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation(PG13) along with their Annual Christmas Potluck Dinner with Family and Friends, on Tuesday, December the 15th, 4-8p.m. at the Malco Theatre, 817 Central Avenue, Hot Springs, AR. From 4-8p.m.

The Potluck Dinner with Family and Friends will start at 4:00p.m. and continue until 6:00p.m. HSDFI will provide the ham and turkey and guests are encouraged to bring a covered dish. Christmas cocoa will be on hand along with music. Everyone is asked to come and show off their tackiest holiday sweater and the winner will be rewarded. At 6:00p.m., HSDFI will present the movie National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation(PG-13-) approximately 80 minutes long. There is no charge for the movie but donations are encouraged.
The Hot Springs Documentary Film Institute is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, now in its’ 18th year. HSDFI recently presented their 18th Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival ( October 16-25th ) to over 17,000-18,000 attendees from around the world. As the oldest documentary film festival in the United States ( second only to Amsterdam internationally ) Hot Springs is known as the Documentary Film Capital of the United States primarily because of over 700 dedicated Volunteers that help to present the annual doc film festival and educational and cultural programmes throughout the year.
