Twin Groves

After the Civil War, small parcels of land in Arkansas were sold to freed slaves. This resulted in the creation of unique and loyal communities built on the foundations of hard work and spirituality. Twin Groves is a town in Central Arkansas founded by a group newly freed slaves who benefited from this opportunity of owning land. This is the story of the struggles and triumphs of this small Arkansas town. Arkansas Film.
