Also called freerunning, and the art of movement, practitioners hone their bodies and minds to be able to overcome any obstacle in their path, be it physical or mental. Parkour In America follows the leaders of one of the premier parkour clubs in America, Parkour Horizons, as they travel the world to train with the masters of the discipline.
